When you request a downloadable Signal, Apple App Attest creates a hardware-backed key for that installation. XSYS stores the key identifier, public key, App Attest validation category and app version, and a monotonically increasing anti-replay counter. XSYS does not store the private key, an Apple advertising identifier, your name, an account identifier, listening history, or bookmarks. As with any internet service, the network layer processes your IP address long enough to route a request; XSYS does not add it to an app account, listener profile, analytics dataset, or dialogue record. The integrity record expires after 400 days without a successful protected request.
When you use Speak with H_n, the app sends your prompt, selected reasoning lens, current public seed identifier, and up to eight visible turns from that open exchange to XSYS for immediate response generation. The AWS integrity gate sees only a cryptographic hash of those request bytes, not the question. The request is processed on XSYS-operated Whitewell hardware and is discarded when the response is returned. Questions and responses are not written to application logs, analytics, accounts, model-training datasets, or the private cognitive substrate. Closing the dialogue sheet clears its on-device history.
h0Hn is a never-ending story edition. Version 1.0.0 includes a sealed 91-minute M4B audiobook batch and selected Signals for offline use, while its catalog can surface additional chapter-derived Signals. Downloading one requires a connection and a successful App Attest assertion. The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo access.
Speak with H_n is optional and requires a network connection plus a successful App Attest assertion. It retrieves only released story text and public seed/Signal metadata. It does not expose private charts, facts, goals, operator state, or unpublished story material.
Resume position, playback speed, bookmarks, and other library state are stored only on your device. They are not transmitted to XSYS LLC or a third party. Deleting the app deletes this local state.
Signal generation provenance is displayed inside the app. Generated media is created before publication; downloading it does not send app-user data to the generation models or their providers.
Speak with H_n responses are generated by the disclosed Qwen3.8 model running on XSYS-operated Whitewell hardware. Each response is labeled as grounded, inference, conjecture, or unknown and exposes its released chapter citations. Generated responses can be incomplete or wrong and are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The App Attest installation key is used only to prevent unauthorized media access and replay; it is never used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
The app is built with Flutter and standard media-playback components. Apple provides App Attest; AWS hosts the XSYS verification and private media-delivery services. Speak with H_n generation runs on XSYS-operated Whitewell hardware, not a third-party hosted generation API. XSYS does not sell or share the installation integrity record or dialogue requests.
Apple may provide XSYS LLC with aggregated App Store statistics (such as download counts) from users who have opted in to sharing analytics with developers. That information is collected and controlled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy; the h0Hn app itself plays no part in it.
The app's App Store privacy label declares a Device ID not linked to your identity, used for app functionality. No data is used for tracking. Speak with H_n request content is processed only to answer the real-time request and is not retained.
h0Hn is not directed to children. Its integrity gate applies identically to all installations and does not request age, name, or account information.
If a future version of the app changes any of the above, this page will be updated before that version ships, with a new effective date. The canonical version of this policy lives at xsys.technology/privacy.html.
