h0Hn is a literary, musical, and cinematic work delivered as an iPhone app. The chapters, soundtrack recordings, films, artwork, and app design are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws and are owned by XSYS and/or the respective rights holders identified in the work.
Subject to Apple's standard App Store terms, XSYS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use h0Hn, and to read, listen to, and watch its bundled content, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, or create derivative works from the app or its content without prior written permission from XSYS.
The app provides no account system and no way to submit, upload, or share content. Nothing in the app transmits data off your device, and no user content obligations arise.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The story is a creative work; nothing in it is professional, financial, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSYS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
XSYS may update the app and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date before they take effect. The canonical version of these terms lives at xsys.technology/terms.html.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
