h0Hn is a literary, musical, and cinematic work that will be delivered as an iPhone app. The chapters, soundtrack recordings, films, artwork, and app design are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws and are owned by XSYS LLC and/or the respective rights holders identified in the work.
Subject to Apple's standard App Store terms, XSYS LLC will grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use h0Hn, and to read, listen to, and watch its bundled content, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, or create derivative works from the app or its content without prior written permission from XSYS LLC.
The app provides no account system and no public posting, upload, or sharing surface. If you choose Speak with H_n, the prompt and visible context you enter are transmitted to XSYS solely to generate the requested response and are not retained after that request. Do not enter confidential, personal, illegal, or third-party proprietary information. You remain responsible for the content of your questions.
Speak with H_n is an experimental, source-grounded interpretation of released h0Hn material. Generated responses may be incomplete or wrong, do not speak for the people depicted in the story, and are not medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Citations identify the released material used; they do not guarantee that every inference is correct.
The app will be provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The story is a creative work; nothing in it is professional, financial, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSYS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
